2011 – The Beginning: Our journey began in 2011 when our customer, a leader in sustainable seafood production, invested in our UDA 150s sleeve feeder designed and built in Germany by Koenig & Bauer Coding. This initial step marked the beginning of a strong partnership built on mutual trust and a shared commitment to excellence.
2015 – Scaling Up: As their production needs grew, so did our solutions. In 2015, our customer upgraded to the udaFORMAXX ‘I’ to meet their increased production demands. This upgrade showcased our ability to innovate and adapt to our customers’ evolving needs.
2020 – Diversifying Solutions: Continuing to grow and diversify, our customer added the udaFORMAXX C in 2020. This new system allowed them to handle alternative sleeves, demonstrating our capability to provide versatile and customized solutions.
Going Above and Beyond
2023 – Tackling New Challenges: At the end of 2023, our customer encountered issues with a particular sleeve on their feeder and the existing printer technology. At PrintSafe, we view challenges as opportunities to innovate. We ran extensive tests at our Headquarter with sleeve samples to identify potential improvements. Through our dedication and expertise, we provided a separate sleeve feeder on trial with advanced print technology. The results were impressive, solving the issues and enhancing their production efficiency.
Empowering our Customer’s Growth: Impressed by the improved performance, our customer not only upgraded to the latest print technology for their original sleeve feeder but also purchased the trial system. This strategic investment ensures they can meet their increasing production demands and continue to deliver high-quality, sustainably produced seafood.
