From our first initial contact with PrintSafe, to the first visit on site the knowledge and passion about your products was evident. When showing off the alphaJET HS-M printer you could see that this was a robust bit of kit and well thought through. In the following months we were kept up to date with the process and when we needed support PrintSafe when the extra mile by dealing with our extended team in Europe.

When we were due the installation our set up was unique and so we had support from two PrintSafe engineers, Scott Bower and Colin Hogg. Their knowledge and support through the installation process was superb and couldn’t praise their professionalism enough.
