When showing off the alphaJET HS-M printer you could see that this was a robust bit of kit and well thought through. In the following months we were kept up to date with the process and when we needed support PrintSafe when the extra mile by dealing with our extended team in Europe.

Our previous batch coding machines weren’t reliable, and we were getting too much wastage. A web search brought us to PrintSafe and the udaFORMAXX carton feeder. PrintSafe were very quick and helpful in supplying a machine that we started by renting and have now purchased. With their engineer, we went through a detailed process of testing our packs on the feeder. We’re really happy with PrintSafe’s service and the speed and efficiency of the machine.

Great machine – very user friendly, we had about 6 people running it at high speeds throughout the project, all with positive feedback about its capabilities. As the final quarter of the year is our busiest, we needed a carton feeder to enable us to fulfil our orders. After contacting Printsafe, we took the decision to initially rent a machine over the three months. We cannot fault the service this company offers and as such have taken the decision to purchase the feeder on a permanent basis. This will enable us to provide our clients with goods as and when required.

Very early on we had a few questions on using the machine, but a quick phone call to PrintSafe and a conversation with one of the engineers would answer any queries we had. We get the machine serviced at the end of June each year so that we know that everything is running optimally ready for peak. If we need any supplies, we contact the aftersales team and they get things out to us straight away.

PrintSafe have been exceptional during an urgent project we have been conducting. The rental machine came to site and was installed in a very timely fashion. It was running product within a few hours. We had a few teething issues initially; the problem was external to the machine, but the service and support PrintSafe gave was superb and filled us with a lot of confidence.
