The alphaJET 5 CIJ is modern, touchscreen continuous inkjet printer for non-contact coding on a wide range of substrates. With its simple icon-based menu, it is very easy for operators to learn and use.

The alphaJET 5 is a modern, touchscreen continuous inkjet (CIJ) printer. It is ideal for printing date and batch codes on packaging, but is equally at home printing variable data on industrial parts. With up to 5 lines of print available, you can print alphanumeric text and machine readable codes. The printer is IP65 rated.
alphaEJT 5 rental machines are available for short and long-term rental. Our minimum rental period is 4 weeks, with rental renewable in 4-week blocks. Installation and training are included. We also supply all of the accessories needed to integrate the printer on your production equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our minimum rental period is 4 weeks. You can extend this in 4 week blocks if you need the equipment for longer. Some customers rent machines for a number of months, some for a number of years. We offer a rebate of up to 8 weeks’ rental charges if you decide to purchase equipment from us.
The rental charge includes the machinery and any additional accessories needed for installation. We charge a fixed one-off fee for installation and training. Consumables are not included. All rental customers have access to our free telephone help desk. Regular servicing is included for longer-term rental machines.
We provide a detailed demonstration and operator training when we install the rental machine. We’ll leave everything set up ready for you to start using it straightaway.
All machines are fully serviced and thoroughly checked before being installed. The machine will be tested again as part of the installation process.
The machinery remains the property of PrintSafe while it is out on hire. However, the hirer has absolute responsibility for the condition and return of the machine at the end of the hire period and will be liable for any loss or damage. The hirer is responsible for insuring the machinery against loss, theft or damage for the duration of the hire period.
All rental customers have access to our free telephone help desk. Initially we will see if we can diagnose the fault and help you to fix it over the phone. If this is not possible, we will send an engineer out to look at the machine. This is covered under your rental charge, unless due to negligence or improper use.
