Experienced Field Service Engineer

What if we told you there’s a company that genuinely values its employees’ ideas and needs? A place where teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do?

What if we told you that company is PrintSafe?

Don’t just take our word for it – hear it directly from our employees and see what they have to say:

“You don’t just join PrintSafe, you become part of the family. After coming from a large company where you are just a line on a spreadsheet in an office somewhere. It is so refreshing to feel like you are fully supported in picking up new skills and becoming accustomed to the job.

There is a great sense of achievement when you hand back a vital bit of machinery to a customer to continue production, either due to break down or scheduled maintenance feedback from customers about the ethos PrintSafe applies to its customers and their needs in times of difficulty is a great boost to sense that the work you do really means something.

We all work together as a team – you never feel like you’re alone in your day-to-day jobs; if help is required there is always someone willing to help you complete your tasks or come up with a solution.” FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

“Having worked for PrintSafe Ltd for over 6 years I have developed with the company and watched it grow. Working alongside a great team of individuals in the office and out in the field makes us stand out from the crowd, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.

I play a key role in scheduling engineers’ workload, planning as much as possible with booking in routine maintenance and reacting to more urgent requirements on a case-by-case basis.

With 3 people working within the after sales department, this allows time to review parts our engineers carry on a weekly basis, to ensure they are equipped for the job in hand, working as efficiently as possible.

Overall, working with like-minded people in a small team allows us to create the best outcome for our customers.” AFTER SALES MANAGER

PrintSafe Ltd is pleased to open this vacancy for a talented field-based electro-mechanical engineer suited to a dynamic, self-starter. This engineer will join our existing, experienced field service engineering team to expand further our support capabilities, support the PrintSafe range of coding and marking (printing) equipment in B2B customer sites across the UK and Ireland. The print from our products will be throughout your home, though you may not have heard of us directly. From the cables in your walls, through to the ready meals, yoghurts and sausages in your fridge, and the medicines in your washroom cupboard, you will have examples of the use-by and barcodes and data print produced by our print technology, take a look, see what you can find!
